Development Standards

Development standards for the East Preserve properties intend to minimize the impact of new construction on the scenic, cultural, and habitat values of the region.

A carefully defined set of covenants and restrictions will encourage homes to exemplify the energy-efficiency and water-conservation practices of green development. Commonweal is currently crafting the document that will set forth these building and landscaping criteria.

Governance

Commonweal is currently crafting the document that will describe East Preserve owners’ rights and responsibilities, including those related to community governance, trail use, equestrian activities, and the maintenance and stewardship of conservation lands.
